True Bias Hudson Pants
I've made several mini Hudsons, and I've had the adult pattern printed out since original summer 2020 lockdown, but weirdly it is only now I have finally got round to making some adult sized ones. Not sure what took me so long, the time of elasticated waists will never end for me! Read the details below;
Pattern: True Bias Hudson pants
Size: 16
Fabric: a French Terry with minimal stretch, bought from Koala Kreations. It's the same as what I used for the LB Pullover I'm also wearing here. I have some more for a matching khaki sweatshirt, but I think that might look a bit too military for my liking. I might make another pair for Milo or Ellis instead.
Adjustments: I widened the ankle band by 4cms as the fabric has so little stretch. I also omitted the drawstring. I forgot to do my usual full seat adjustments, which I'm kicking myself about, it did need it. For the next one! But I don't mind too much, this is so casual that a little bit of bad fitting doesn't matter. And anyway, I don't see myself from the back, so I don't worry about it
